ARTISAN WOOD FIRED PIZZA

Pizza Bar combines the experience and passion of three industry vets: Chef Brandon Price (Gozney ambassador, and former Chef/Partner of Oak Wood Fire Kitchen), Chef Phelix Gardner (Chef/Partner of Pago Group), and Scott Evans (Pago Group Founder/Sommelier).
What started out as a consulting gig with Chef Brandon at Emigration Café, quickly evolved into a desire to partner on a future project. Chef Brandon’s knowledge of fermentation, sourdough and the world of Pizza is unmatched. His singular obsession with artisan pizza perfectly aligns with Pago Group’s obsession with sourcing the best ingredients and our highly-regarded beverage programs.
Pizza Bar at Sugar House Station features Roman Inspired Pizza ‘al taglio” (or pizza by the slice) which is cooked in a rectangular steel tray. Take a stroll through any piazza in Rome and find quality options on every corner. Pizza bar will be Salt Lake and Utah’s first Pizzeria serving - Pizza al taglio.
